Section 1 - Information

These general conditions of sale are made known to the client user of our online store http://www.georgettebravot.com.

These conditions are governed by the Finance Act.

Article 2-Contract

Orders placed on our shop you are bound to complete your order and payment.

Any order implies full acceptance of the conditions of sale.

Article 3 - Price

The prices of our products are given in Euros excluding postage. The shipping cost is charged to the customer.

All orders are payable before sending the goods.  Georgette Bravot Society reserves the right to change prices at any time

Article 4 - Order

When you click the "Secure Payment" means that you declare to have read and accepted the Conditions of Sale and without reserve, the data recorded by the Company Georgette Bravot our store, constitute proof of all  transactions you've spent.

Article 5 - Cancel the order.

You can cancel or modify your order as it has not been settled.

Article 6 - Regulations.

The payment of your purchases can be made by:

- Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Eurocard).

- Via secure site Paypal.

Article 7 - Return of the goods.

All product returns must be agreed between seller and buyer, no returns will be accepted without prior approval of the Company Bravot Georgette. Under these conditions, you have a period of 14 (forteen) days from receipt to return the product.  Reimbursement will be made to the restitution of goods delivered.

The buyer must return items intact in original packaging, with no trace of use or deterioration accompanied the purchase order. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be returned or exchanged and will not be refunded.  The risks associated with returning the goods (loss or damage) remain the responsibility of the customer and the shipping costs (return).

Any claims made after the deadline will not be accepted.

Any return accepted by the seller, in the case of a defect that is established by the latter, allow the buyer to have a free replacement, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.

Article 8 - Shipping.

Products are shipped to the address specified by the buyer within 7 days from the settlement of the order, except in case of strikes problems beyond our control.

In no event shall the Company Georgette Bravot  be responsible for a deterioration of the products in the event of delays by carrier or  non-collection of products.

Article 9 - Liability.

Items sold by the Company Georgette Bravot comply with French legislation.

Article 10 - Status back.

If you receive a package damaged you must refuse to receive it.  Delivery that does not comply with the order must be reported to our services by email at info@bravot.com within 3 (three) days of receipt.

Article 11 - Amendment of Terms.

The Company Georgette Bravot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, we invite you to check them regularly.
